🔁 Returns (30 Days)
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? No problem.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- We recommend using tracked shipping
Once received, we’ll inspect your item and process your request within 2–3 business days.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds apply to the product only
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

Need a different size or replacement?

All KHAOS products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If your gear has a manufacturing defect, you’re covered.
We will:
- Replace it
- Or refund it if a replacement isn’t possible
❌ What’s NOT Covered
This isn’t a free-for-all.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or abuse
- Overloading beyond normal use
- Damage from improper care
- Modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
